I've heard that when using Service Builder, the correct relations betwen Technology Management Service and Technology Management Service Offering should be created.
I have created TMS and TMSO in my PDI using Service Builder, but looking at the CIs I see no relations.
I want to verify that the correct relations are being used when using Service Builder.

Hi @Henrik Jutterst
I do not believe there should be created any relationships between the TMSs and TMOs (and nether between BSs and BSOs), only references.

Service is a parent for Service Offering. This relationship does not use CI Relationships, it is a "reference" relationship.
- On the Business/Technology Management Service table you need to add the Service Offerings related list to see the Offerings.
- On the Service Offering table look at the Parent field to see the Service (it is mandatory OOTB). I can see the Service in the Parent field in your second screenshot.
I hope this helps!

Thank you, you are all correct. I see in the documentation that it should be a ref instead.
Kind regards
