Create New Supplier Quick Action not visible in Source to Pay Workspace

Hello, I have installed the Plugin for Supplier Lifecycle Operations. While accessing the " Source to Pay Workspace" i am unable to see " Create New Supplier" quick action. can you provide me the resolution to resolve this issue
