by the way, Label was mandatory but has only Tokyo as the latest selectable version. I don't know if it is relevant, but we're on Washington DC fyi.

hi @AndersBGS : visually accessible document = a document saved in a filetype which can be readily understood by those who are visually challenged. A graphic is not easily understandable.
FYI @Stig Brandt pptx is not a visually accessible filetype. Maybe the ask was not as clear as I had hoped. Thank you for your advice though. Good info for other reasons.
