CSDM 5 and Service Classification

I've been reading up on Service Classification in the CSDM Whitepaper, and I've gotten stuck on a particular passage. I feel like what's written in the Whitepaper isn't accurate - or rather, it feels contradictory.
On page 43 of the CSDM 5.0 Whitepaper, it says:
"The Technology Management Service Offerings are mapped to service_offering with a service classification of 'Technical Management Service.'"
Then on page 47, regarding relationships, it says the following in the Comment column for TMSO:
"Service Classification = Technical Service"
Which is the complete opposite of what was stated above. That definitely feels wrong.
And to make it even more complicated, when you list all TMSOs from the CSDM menu, the filter looks like this:
`service_classification=Technology Management Service^ORDERBYname`
What is correct here? It feels like Service Offering with service classification "Technical Management Service" is the correct one.
