We are mapping our ServiceNow modules Business and Technical offerings into CSDM. Does anyone have this mapped out for ITSM, HRSD, WPSD, etc?
Why doesn't ServiceNow provide these examples out of the box?
Like many companies, we have basically 3 ServiceNow roles. Development, Operations and Administration. While I understand every company is slightly different, an out of the box example would go a long way is reducing the amount of time it would take to get the ServiceNow support teams into CSDM.
Anything out there?

There are a ton of good resources. Check YouTube for ServiceNow viedos - there is a lot of really good material out there!

Thank you for this. I've search the ServiceNow sites for a months looking for this typoe of information. While this is very useful, it is still not ecactly what I would expect.
I want ServiceNow to produce this for all of there modules / capabilities / offering.
