We are reviewing the CSDM Foundations Dashboard and want to better understand how some of the metrics are calculated.

1. Application Services with Business Application Relationship
Does this metric include only Application Services, or does it also count Infrastructure IT Service Instances?

2. Business Application with Application Service Relationship
Which Business Application status values are considered in this metric (for example: Operational only, or other statuses as well)?

3. Technical Service Offerings with Support Group or Change Group
What attributes and status values are evaluated for Technical Service Offerings? Are the out‑of‑the‑box fields used for both Support Group and Change Group, or only one of them?

Understanding this will help us decide whether the data is truly non‑compliant or if the score is driven by how the metrics are defined.
