DPM - Outage Record is not tagging

Hi All,

 digital portfolio Management workspace having issue that it is tagging Incidents and Major Incident under need attention for the respective the Business application, Service Offering and Service Instance.
But i am facing issue with outage record, so testing purpose i have created an outage on the Service offering but it is not tagging to the respective Service Offering under needs attention. So please share your value inputs to fix this issue.

Hi @Jaya5 

 

Ensure Ensure the job DPM: Daily Data Collection ( as per https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1448652) has completed since the outage was created,

and the Run As user is active.

Hi Tanushree,

Thanks for the KB article,  i have checked and in our environment the job 'DPM: Daily Data Collection' is running as the 'Run As' user set is System Administrator and the user is Active.

Have you verified the settings in the need attention with Digital Portfolio Management?

Yes, PFA of the same . Post that if you see any modification are required help me one the same and also that configuration is OOB.
