Hello Everyone,
We are new to Service now and we have figured out most of our Service and Service offerings to put in the CMDB however since we are a healthcare organization we use EPIC EMR for most of our services. I was wondering if anyone else that uses Service now in healthcare would be willing to help with this hurdle in our implementation. We are working through this but want to be successful when we go live with routing our ITSM offering and EPIC.
