How to bring up "ADD" button next to the caller filed in SOW view

Hi Everyone,

 

Hi, I have a requirement where I need to bring up the "ADD" button in the caller field in the SOW view how can I achieve this requirement?

If the user clicks on the highlighted section, it needs an "ADD" button
