error message –“ You do not have permission to view this application" - while trying to access the $csdm_app_service ui page

Hi All,

I am getting the error message –“You do not have permission to view this application” while trying to access the $csdm_app_service ui page.
I believe we don’t have any ACL rule getting failed, if so we will get a security error message.

 

Please let me know what additional permissions are needed to view the UI page $csdm_app_service.

Just to add: I'm having the same trouble with the OOTB-Dev-instance from ServiceNOW (https://dev00000.service-now.com/now/cwf/agent/territory-planning-workspace). Eventhough the User is System Administrator:

Can I access the csdm_app_service UI page to edit an application service(Tokyo)?

If I traverse csdm/manage technical services/application service and select an existing application service, I get to manage the selected record in a view of my choice... but none have the capabilities that the UI has to offer.

 

Please advise.
