How Can I add/update LifeCycle Stage and LifeCycle Stage Status or add more values in Lifecycle control table for Business Application?

My requirement is to add new LifeCycle stage  and LifeCycle stage status values for Business Application.

But I am not able to edit existing Life Cycle Control table entries. Please help.
