Hi All,

I am facing an issue wherein Lifecycle phase and Lifecycle status is missing from AIC control tower workspace.

I can see these field values in the backend governnace table.

Let me know , if you have resolution on this .

When you say they are missing, what exactly do you mean? Do you see the field name but no value in the AI Asset Governance Details record, or something else? These Life Cycles are installed with AI Control Tower, as is the Workspace, so they should be part of the baseline plugin. Ensure the plugins are up to date and check the plugin installation logs to see whether anything failed to install.

If none of that works - raise a support case with ServiceNow. AICT has a few issues at the moment but the product team are working through them.

Have you updated CMDB CI Class Models?
I think the latest version fixed that issue
