how to catch up mantenances

I want to know how to catch up mantenances from servicenow and inform to users.

canyou help me?

Hi @zx ,

 

You can login to HI support with ur relevant I'd n check the changes created by servicenow. This will show info for all the instances Prod n non prod.

Servicenow usually will create n keep all the changes which it is going to perform over the months so from der u can verify if there is any maintenance which is scheduled & inform customers accordingly before hand.
