Hi everyone,
I recently left the company I was working and I need help recovering my certificates. I do not have access to my account at all, as I used company's email to log in to nowLearning. Is there a way to access my account?

Hi @VasilisKolokyth ,

Please open a support case to merge your old and new accounts in ServiceNow University. Once the merge is completed, your certificate will be transferred to the new account.

For more details, please refer to the following article:

Hi @VasilisKolokyth ,

Nothing will happen. You will b able to access your certificates.

Same thing was happened to one of my team member.

1.  Log in to your new Now Learning account using your new company credentials ( if not joined ,your personal one) via this link: https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/.

Though KB article : Merging my email (accounts),transfer certifications, badges to new email  is available , still I will suggest you to log a case to support and they will resolve your issue within 1-2 days.

Hi @VasilisKolokyth,

Yeah, this is a pretty common situation when people switch companies. 😀

The issue is that your certifications are tied to your ServiceNow Now Learning account, and since that account was created using your company email, losing access to that email basically locks you out of the profile.

But the good news is your certifications are not lost; they just need to be moved to a new account.

Here’s what you should do:

  • Create a new Now Learning account using your personal email ID
  • Raise a case with ServiceNow Certification / Now Learning support
    Mention clearly that:
  • You no longer have access to your old company email
  • You want to transfer certifications to your new account
    Provide details like:
  • Full name (as used in certification)
  • Old company email ID
  • New email ID
  • Any certification details (CSA, CAD, etc.)

ServiceNow support usually verifies your identity and then migrates your certifications to the new account.

One important tip: don’t try to create multiple accounts or re-register exams, because your certification history already exists and can be restored.

In short: you won’t lose your certs; you just need support to relink them to your new email. 👍

That's it, sit back and chill😉; ServiceNow will do the work!!!!😀

Let me know it helps!!!
