How to relate Business service or technical service to Knowledge articles

Hi,

 

Is there any OOB approach to relate Business service or Technical service to KB article.

 

I see affected products related list but it show all the data from all the CI classes. However, I am not sure whether it is recommended or not to relate services with KB articles. Please clarify. Thanks.

The form has (OOB) the cmdb_ci field (just not shown). You can add it on the form so you can relate it to the ci, if it is CI specific.
Affected products can be used if it is related to multiple CI's.
