Hi All ,
I am trying to export Knowledge Base articles from the kb_knowledge table, including the full article body content. I have added the Article Body to the list layout and then exported the data to Excel. However, the article body field appears empty in the exported file, even though the content is visible within the article in ServiceNow..
Any guidance or best practices would be appreciated.
