In Scaled Agile Framework In what Order and How we create Safe Epic, Safe Stories, Safe Features, Demands,Portfolio and projects?

Also how we relate these so they are properly Populated in Demands and Safe Stories List Views?

In the Servicenow Agile development module you need to create  story, epic, feature (Servicenow it is called Theme) etc. 

Create the agile board where you need to create story, epic, theme etc.

There is no fix order it is a flexible platform like here you can add story , then you create an epic and later add story under the epic.

I would recommend to create project, demand and portfolio first then create a agile for the related and add story, epic etc.
