Interfaces between "Applications"

Hi,

we would like to Document Interfaces between Application Services or Business Applications, e.g. an Monitoring Interface to ServiceNow, what would be the approbriate level and in which ci class you would put this?

Other sample, SAP - BizTalk - ServiceNow.

Anyone have a good idea (or a bad one)? We haven't investigated APM yet, maybe this has a solution for it?

Update: After some search on the community, the best hint I found points me to APM (which we don't have), so I will check the modul and ci classes coming with it.

Nevetheless, will try to install Digital Product Release Data Model, without EAM, maybe this does at least for the start the trick.
