KB Articles creation using a PDF as an attachment does not view well on a mobile phone

We create KB articles for our firm and the information is currently formatted in Word.  the HTML container seems to not play well with a document that is attached to a KB article when we look at it on a mobile device.  We are trying to figure out how to push our KB info that sources from MS Word into ServiceNow.
