How can we effectively align LeanIX with CSDM 4.0 to establish relationships between Business Applications, Application Services, Business Services, and Technical Services?
Has anyone successfully implemented this alignment with an existing customer?
What are the recommended approaches or best practices for linking these entities within LeanIX and ServiceNow?

Perfect - no, there is not a 1-1 mapping for all, but also please note (at least from my view), that LeanIX and CMDB have two different purpose and audience.
