Looking for Quick reference Card/Chart for CSDM 4.0

I was looking for a Quick reference Card/Chart for CSDM 4.0, similar to the ones created for 3.0 (archived article, see att. pic.) and 2.0 (in this art: CSDM 2.0 Quick Reference Card now available) but couldn't find one. It's very useful to quickly communicate what CSDM is about, since it shows: 

• The conceptual model, page 1 
• Brief explanations of the entities shown (tables), page 1
• Tables and relationships, page 2

Does anyone know if such can be found outside this forum or the Community?

I'm aware of the pages you pointed out in the Prod. Doc. so it's more that the "Two page card" has a convenient format.

Agreed. It would nice to have a printout that you can pull out whenever you need it. I took the liberty of making a crude version myself 🙂
