Merging my personal id to company id issue

I have done all my certifications in my personal mail id now I am moving into my new company as some pre-requisite certifications are needed if I merge my personal mail id in to company mail id while leaving the organisation can I update it back to my personal mail id. As at the end I need all in my personal mail

Yes, you can move certifications between emails.

Login to nowlearning and webassessor, and change the email there.

First merge the account with your personal email id.

Log in to your new Now Learning account in Servicenow University link: https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/.

2. Also you can log a case for support and they will merge your account within 1-2 days.

I prefer taking support from Now Learning support. One of my team member , this way transfer her certificates to her personal account.
