Not getting data in my Digital Portfolio Management DPM portfolio

I'm getting zeros in the performance snapshot in DPM portfolio.  I have created Test incidents by selecting the Service and Service offering in my model.  I have already setup Technical Service, Technical Service offerings , etc. Created the Enterprise portfolio,  Executed the DPM historial 90 days job. 

 

Any idea why I'm not getting Performance Snapshot report data in my Enterprise Portfolio?

System version Xanadu.

Hi @Castrojc2k3257 

What are your Test Incidents referencing? Are you setting a Service Offering in the Incident's OOTB Service offering field? Otherwise I'd imagine there is no source data for the snapshot.

hi Mat.. yes I've selected Technical / Business Service offering in the Incident OOTB attribute. I have several tickets, some closed other open. These are tests.  I opened a critical incident and It is Shown in the DPM Portfolio under "Need attention". 

 

I have created KPI Group and mapped to my DPM portfolio. 

I run the DPM Historial 90 days job, after it completes, still showing Zeros in the "Performance snapshot" section. See image attached.

Make sure your DPM Scheduled jobs are active and running.
