@sanasunilku If you have already been waiting for quite some time then I suggest you to release the existing PDI instance and request for a fresh one. Unfortunately, there is no official support available for the Personal Development Instances and requesting a new solution is only solution available to resolve it.

Hi @sanasunilku ,

 

Nobody can tell you, as there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs. 

 

you're limited to two options:

 

  1. Wait, it should come online after some time
  2. if you get tired of waiting, release the instance and request a fresh installation.  NOTICE, if you do this, every development that you haven't backed up will be lost for good.
