Reporting Service Performance as an MSP

In the scenario of a Managed Service Provider (MSP) providing multiple Technical and Business Services to an individual customer with a single set of contractual Performance and Availability Service Levels,  how can the MSP report their performance against this single set of Service Levels as each Technical and Business Service has to have its own Service Offering (and therefore its own Service Commitments)?

 

Essentially, the MSP needs to report Incident Resolution and Availability performance collectively for all Services provided, not at the individual Technical or Business Service level.
