Service and Service Offering - Managed by vs Delivery Manager

Hi All,

I was hoping someone may be able to explain the difference between the "Managed by" and the "Delivery Manager" fields on both Service and Service Offering. Is Managed by a field that's inherited from the parent CMDB table and Delivery Manager is specific to the Service/Service offering?

If so which one do you use to document the manager for a service or service offering?

Traditionally we have always used the managed by field but after setting up the Service builder app it shows the Delivery Manager field instead.

I have the same question. It is hard to keep up with the changes.

Since this isn't terribly old I'm going to bump it with the same question, especially since "Delivery Manager" is surfaced instead of "Managed By" in the Service Portfolio view.
