I am creating SLAs with Service Commitment through Service Offerings. I understand there is a daily job that runs that calculates the SLA Result. However, somehow the records are not populated in the SLA Results and resulting in 100% of Total Achieved, which is wrong, as I have Incidents that are already breached.
Does anyone know how the "Tasks for Interval" related lists is populated? I have uploaded the screenshot to show this.

Is the system property com.snc.service.offering.field set to cmdb_ci or service_offering? SN is potentially aggregating on the wrong field
