Show CIs based on selected Service Offering

Hello, 

I have a requirement to make it so when the service offering is selected on an incident, it will only show the CIs that are related to that offering. If there are no CIs that are related to the offering, it will continue to display all of them. I am not sure how to go about achieving this as CIs and service offerings are not related directly through a field, but instead with the relationship feature.

You can add reference qualifier on CIs based on your service offering. This will helps you to resolve your requirement.

My issue is that the reference qualifier does not show a service offering field as there is not a reference field on the CI form for this. They are connected with relationships.
