translation management task

I am trying to validate my second to last task in knowledge management modules but this is not possible. i have done all the steps but still to no avail. should i submit the task and if i do would this pass the module or not.

Everything needs to be validated, so if you can't, something still isn't as it should be and it won't complete the course, assuming you are talking about NowLearning. It's confusing, since you post this question on the CSDM forum.
