Unable to archive End of Life / Disposed Configuration Items (CI)

Hello community, we've aligned to the ServiceNow lifecycle documentation to set all hardware class CIs to 'End of Life / Disposed' when the CI is decommissioned (Hardware lifecycle)
We have also configured archive policies in CMDB Data Manager and have noticed that data manager does not recognise any lifecycle status other than 'Retired' which then excludes all hardware CIs from being archived (see attached).
Has anyone come across this? And have any advice on how to handle this scenario?

Hi @PG2 ,
This should not be the case, Archival policy within CMDB data manager should pickup End of Life as this behavior is applicable for both Archival and Deletion.

Also within this thread, it appears to be an issue with Archival preview feature with fix done in Utah patch 10 and Vancouver Patch 4.

Thanks for the reply. But I don't think its the same issue. I tried the theory that it's just the preview screen not returning the correct results, however, the CIs are not being processed after the policy is executed.
