What's the difference between a technical consumer and a business consumer?

I've been watching some videos about CSDM and I still don't understand the difference between these two. Can somebody explain?

Hey Mathew, thanks for your quick answer.
In your two definitions you mention "in your organization"... and I thought they meant to be customer-oriented domains. Am I missing something?

I assumed you were asking from the perspective of your organisation but it applies to any organisation, as services are usually consumed either internally (in the organisation) or externally (in a MSP/CSM situation). Either way business consumers are much more likely to be customers than technology consumers, but it very much depends on the org.
