Why CSDM recommended relationship “operationalizes / operationalized by” is not available OOTB in system.

The “operationalizes / operationalized by” relationship is described in the CSDM 5 white paper as conceptual guidance; however, it has not yet been delivered as an out‑of‑the‑box CI relationship type in the ServiceNow platform.
