Issue: You need the instructions for your SNAF labs. The AI chatbot incorrectly directs you to the KB in your lab instance for the lab instructions. After importing the XML for your lab, you can't seem to find the article in your KB.
Solution: You were emailed a link to a PDF hosted on Inkling. Make sure you use the provided temp username and password provided in the welcome email. That PDF will contain all the steps for the labs in the SNAF course.
It would help if the labs were in the on-demand course.
