All of my community articles, badges, helpfuls, etc have been wiped out

I would appreciate any help - I need a contact for the Community as my profile achievements, etc have gone 😮

The NowLearning team told me to send an email to community@servicenow.com. I've sent 2 emails since last Thursday, but not had a reply yet. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, but I'll be hugely disappointed if it isn't sorted out. My old posts / contributions seem to be attributed 'Community Alums', now - seemingly lost in the mix with everyone else that I assume has 'left the community'.

 

I'm pretty sad at the moment 😞
