Hello community, I've done this task several times and it doesn't work. Has anyone experienced this problem?

are you impersonating that particular user?

Verify that you are not logged in as System admin and if you are indeed impersonating, try to mark the toggles off, then reload the page and mark them on again. Sometimes this helps.

Eventually log out, clear your browsing history, log in and repeat above. Using another browser or logging with incognito mode could also help.
