Ahoy @pkaramsetty,

 

what I remember that helped me was creating that incident with given details, saved it and then added a comment in an additional step. Not populating the Additional comment directly and saving as one step.

I did both ways adding Customer visible comments before creating and after creating the Incident. But still the error is not going away. If It's not passed, remaining sections are locked to go further.

Can you provide a screenshot of the incident you created during this task?
