Assessment Stimulator Task 6:Create a dashboard and create a visualization

I have followed all the steps mentioned and have generated the dashboard as required but when I validate the dashboard result is giving me "Failed "status.

Can anybody suggest what can be the resolution to this issue, because without completion this component won't be marked as completed.

The following are the 2 errors:
Using the Visualization Designer, did you create the 'Incidents by Priority' report?
Were you able to add the new report to the Dashboard?

TL/DR;

• Double check the Configuration and the Details panels and make sure you've updated the name/title in both of these locations.
• Make sure you've added the visualization to the dashboard that you created and the start of the task and hit the save button.

Below are some notes that I've been compiling on this task regarding those specific validation errors:

1. Using the Visualization Designer, did you create the 'Incidents by Priority' report?
   This error relates to steps 3-5 in the task instructions.
   
   The focus here seems to be on updating the visualization that you created in the previous steps.
   
   Hint: Don't forget to check both the Configuration and Details panels to ensure that all elements have been updated as outlined in the task instructions.
   
   
2. Were you able to add the new report to the Dashboard?
   This error is specific to step 6 of the task instructions.
   
   Check that you have added the data visualization that you created earlier and have saved the update to your dashboard.

If you're still encountering issues after this, please can you provide some more screenshots of your configuration.
