Assessment Stimulator Task 6:Create a dashboard and create a visualization

I have followed all the steps mentioned and have generated the dashboard as required but when I validate the dashboard result is giving me "Failed "status.

Can anybody suggest what can be the resolution to this issue, because without completion this component won't be marked as completed.

Double check the Configuration and the Details panels and make sure you've updated the name/title in both of these locations.
Make sure you've added the visualization to the dashboard that you created and the start of the task and hit the save button.

could you possibly specify what course are you taking? It might be ServiceNow Platform Implementation, ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals or Welcome to ServiceNow... i am not even sure about the exact names but SNAF, SNPI, ...

As a Platform User, you want to create a dashboard where you can quickly view the status of incidents you are responsible for.
Create a new dashboard and name it My Incidents Overview.
From your Favorites > My Incidents list, create a bar chart from the Priority column.
In the Visualization Designer, name the chart Incidents by Priority.
In the Visualization Designer, change the color of the chart to use the Color Palette, Default UI14.
Save the visualization.
Navigate back to the My Incident Overview dashboard and add the Incidents by Priority chart.
Save it

Validate it

Thanks for the suggestions to get this issue resolved but the issue is still persisting.

I created the dashboards from the scratch and even tried to solve it with the solutions in the provided link.

I followed each and every step as mentioned and generated the dashboard by adding the "Incidents by Priority chart" to the dashboard "My Incident Overview "but still it is not working and validation fails.
