Collaborate Icon not visible in Service operation workspace

Collaborate Icon not visible in-Service operation workspace, I have installed cn_com_notify plagin as well but still not visible for me. 

I need bellow option

that option is not shown when you impersonate any user.

Is the setup properly configured for Office 365?

was this showing up earlier and you recently upgraded?

Is it not showing for all users or some users?

If it's not showing for any user including admin then definitely some issue with the plugin setup.

Did you clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login?
