Creating knowledge articles using Now Assist

Has anyone else encountered a knowledge article created using Now Assist from an Incident Task where the article contained something that was not in the Incident?

I haven’t worked on this type of requirement or tried this use case yet.

Could you please share where you’re getting stuck or what issue you’re facing?
