Hello, My Dev IDP is offline - dev366463. I am tempted to release it and request a new one - but I would prefer not to loose its data. Is the instance recoverable? Shane

if you know your credentials (shared in an email) then you can try to log in via:
https://yourinstance.service-now.com/login.do
Also, have you tried to Refresh your instance from the Developer Portal?
