| Will I have extended access (beyond the 365 days,) to my Inkling eBook if I download the eBook using an Inkling app versus accessing the eBook online? | Inkdocs, also known as eBooks, can only be downloaded into the native Inkling app on mobile devices. This feature is designed for users to access content when unable to connect to the internet.
IMPORTANT: - eBooks cannot be downloaded through the ServiceNow Inkling web browser.
- If your Inkling account is deactivated, the associated eBook will be removed, and you won't be able to log into the app.
- If you lose access to an eBook due to unenrollment or after 365 days, you will no longer have access to the eBook in both the app and browser library.

you can enroll the onDemand course with a different account or a different version of the ondemand course and get a new ebook access
