Email Client template - Change the display name of an email ID

Hi,
The requirement is the From: Display address should be customized. However the email address will be servicedesk@abc.com.
From an Incident , when we compose an email and send it to a user , the display name should be xyz , but the email address is servicedesk@abc.com. Can we achieve this through customization ? Or can you help me with the script ?

2. Open the Email client template using Table column
3. Add your email address in From field under Sender Configuration section
