this happens here and there on all our PDIs... there's nothing you can do about it.

You can check the status of your PDI here: https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/manage-instance 

In my case, when I get 502 error and check the status it says it's refreshing and this usually disappears after a few minutes of waiting.
