Hello All,
A few days ago, I started exploring the ServiceNow GRC module. Initially, I found it challenging to find content that explained GRC from a real-time and practical perspective. I went through several online resources and YouTube videos. While they helped me understand the overall direction, most of them mainly focused on theory or covered limited functionality, which was not enough for me to fully understand how GRC works in real-world scenarios.
As I continued learning and practicing hands-on, I gradually started understanding how the end-to-end GRC process works and where exactly GRC fits within an organization’s governance structure. This hands-on exploration helped me clearly connect policies, compliance, and risk activities, making the concepts much easier to understand.
I would like to take a moment to share a resource that I personally found very helpful and well explained. It presents the concepts in a simple, structured, and practical way and helped me better understand:
The relationship between Policy, Compliance, and Risk
Common GRC terminologies such as citations, control objectives, controls, entities, and entity types
How different GRC components are connected in real implementation scenarios

Hi @rajshinde999910,
thanks for sharing your experience, you described the experience very vaguely - example: "I gradually started understanding how the end-to-end GRC process works and where exactly GRC fits within an organization’s governance structure." or That there are "ServiceNow Now create documentations" - can you share what you found interesting?
Can you maybe elaborate more on something concrete what you actually learned?
Also, it seems that you shared official ServiceNow content without adding sources and if you check the right-bottom corner, there is this:
What do you think?
