Hello My instance is hibernating. I have clicked multiple times on 'Wake Instance' but it does not seem to work. It remains hibernated all day long. My instance is dev194566. Can someone help me please.

unfortunately no one can help ad ServiceNow has automated PDI management completely and also don't provide support in any way for PDIs. I jad the same issue and released my instance to grab a fresh one.
