I am new to servicenow and please help me with the process of preparing for the jobs and help me if there are any recent topics that I should focus more on.

Focus on fundamentals. If your fundamentals are strong, you will be selected in the interview. Focus both on theoritcal concepts and practical aspects on the PDI.
