Hi,
I’d like to post articles in the community. I should’ve done it since long time ago. I have one that explains how to do SFTP file transfer using a mid server and Powershell. Could you please let me know the steps to be able to do so? For that purpose, I can send you a summary or the whole body of my first article. Later I can expand, create two other related to this first one.
I created functionality to automate the promotion of update sets and I’d like to write some articles about it.
I’d like also to contribute with articles regrading integrations for SAM purposes. I have proposed ideas created some internal videos and a variety of KB articles for Fedex (and some other companies).
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Arturo Reyes

Hi @Arturo Reyes ,
Only certain users like- Rising Stars, MVPs, ServiceNow employees etc can write an articles. Rest all can only ask questions. Reaching these levels will take a lot of time and require efforts and patience (You need to answers to people questions and get the points to achieve rising star and MVP etc). Till that time you can start with Question but within Question add heading that it is not a question but an article, ex:-
