i got CAD voucher on july 2025 but now it is showing that the voucher is cancelled. Can any one tell me how to make this voucher active.

is it possible that you might have already claimed that and perhaps reschedule or cancel the exam?

Or any other manipulation with it...?

 

There is exam facilitator transition (from Kryterion Webassessor to Pearson VUE) scheduled on 17th November. Is it possible that you schedule it between the 1st and 17th November and/or afterwards?

Nobody in this Community can help you, but go to SN University > Help Centre in the top and Create a case for ServiceNow to help you with this.

and there is create case button on the right side.

The cancelled/inactive vouchers can't be Activated again and no one from community can help you in this matter. Please raise a case with servicenow Team and wait for their reply. Whom to contact for which topic info can be found here:-
