Hi @ChandraRepalle

As you might know, there is no support available for PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:

  1. Wait, it should come online after some time
  2. If you get tired of waiting, release the instance and request a fresh installation

If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.

ahoy @ChandraRepalle,

could you possibly share a screenshot? I haven't seen an instance for so long that I forgot it was even possible... please add screenshot if you can.

Also, I wrote about PDI states in the posts the other day:

Hi @ChandraRepalle

If your  your Servicenow Developer PDI  has been stuck in a "launching," "waking up"  or not getting online state for more than 24 hours (24-48 hours), then  I will  advice you  to release the instance and request a new one .

As you know there is no support available for PDI.
